I bought an air filter for my car at Napa down the street from Auto Zone and they reluctantly tried to put it on for me. The clerk said they don't usually do that. After he tried doing it for a minute said it was too hard for him to do. I called Auto Zone and Austin answered the phone and said the computer was telling him he had one of my filters in the store. He asked for me to hold on while he checked because he didn't want me to make the trip if it wan't there. He found the filter and said come on and he would replace it for me. I returned the air filter to NAPA and met Austin at the store. He greeted me when I came in and immediately went and replaced my air filter with no problem. Thank you Austin and I will never go to another auto store!!
